Established in 1992, the Meandarra Home Nursing Service can provide basic support services so that frail aged and younger people with a disability can continue to live in their community. These services provide eligible people with help at home, support in getting out into the community and a break for carers.
Meandarra Home Nursing Service also delivers Home Care Packages to clients with more complex needs but wish to stay in their own homes longer.
