Established in 1995, Tara Community Care aims to enhance the independence of the frail aged and people with disabilities by providing services to enable them to remain living at home.
Priority will be given to those people who are vulnerable and whose ability to live in the community is dependent on provision of external support.
Tara Community Care also deliver Home Care Packages to clients with more complex needs but wish to stay in their own homes longer
