The Wesley Palliative Care Unit
The Wesley’s palliative care unit has 17 beds, and provides a multidisciplinary service, with medical specialists and registrars, experienced palliative nursing staff, dieticians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurse counsellors and chaplains.
Young Carers
Online forum and support for young carers. Young carers are children or young people up to 25 years of age, who help care in families where someone has an illness, a disability, a mental health issue or who has an alcohol or other drug problem.
