QAS provides assistance to palliative patients in their home upon request by a health care professional or personal carer in circumstances where: The patient’s condition unexpectedly changes, The patient requires urgent assistance following a fall or other injury, or The patient requires transport to an alternate facility for ongoing provision of palliative care.
