Online mental health services that enable young people to take control of their mental health and well-being, as well as offering information to parents. Topics include tough times including grief and loss, serious and chronic illness, suicide. Mental Health issues including anxiety, depression and trauma. Supporting family and friends

Young Carers

Online forum and support for young carers. Young carers are children or young people up to 25 years of age, who help care in families where someone has an illness, a disability, a mental health issue or who has an alcohol or other drug problem.
