Central West Community Options Program

Winton Shire Council are approved providers for home care services including Commonwealth Home Support Program, Home Care Packages and the National Disability Insurance Scheme. These services are provided to support eligible frail older people and younger people with disabilities with tailored in home services to assist people live independently and achieve their goals.

Miles Community Care

 Miles Community Care delivers Home Care Packages to Miles and surrounding areas. Home Care Packages are for clients with more complex care needs but wish to stay in their homes longer.

Biggenden MPHS is a small, rural facility providing acute, aged care, community and allied health services to the Biggenden community and surrounding area. Services include: Acute Inpatient Aged Care Accident & Emergency Palliative Care Pathology Diagnostic Radiology (limited) Respite Care 100km to Maryborough Hospital 100km to Bundaberg Hospital

Malanda Primary Health Centre

The primary health centre serves Malanda, Tarzali and Yungaburra. Offer a number of community health services including maternal and child health, wound care, immunisations, telehealth and some limited home visits. A women’s health nurse visits twice a year.
