The Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service Palliative Care service offers specialist nursing advice and coordination of services for people diagnosed with a life limiting illness. The Palliative Care team cover all of the Fraser Coast both in hospital services and in home coordination of services, equipment and symptom advice.
