13HEALTH is a phone line service for all Queenslanders to help take the worry out of health concerns. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the cost of a local call. Qualified staff will provide advice on who to talk to and how quickly it should be done.

Kids Helpline is free, private and confidential, telephone and online counselling service specifically for young people aged between 5 and 25. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
